ECOMATE® SDIP

A general purpose cleaner and degreaser for surgical and dental instruments, prosthetics, and rigid surfaces.

ECOMATE-SDIP PRODUCT ATTRIBUTES

  • Replaces hazardous caustics and hard chemicals.
  • Fully aqueous with both organic type and water-based cleaning properties, without the hazardous organic solvents.
  • Useful as a penetrating, wetting and solubilizer agent.
  • Formulated to inhibit rust, prevent redeposition of soil, and control cavitation pressure during ultrasonic processing.
  • When used in ultrasonic systems, it is highly effective for blind holes, internal threads, and far-reaching crevices.
  • Effectively removes debris, plaster stone, dried blood, tartar, coffee, and iodine stains without harming the substrate.
  • Effective at room temperature, but power increased when it is heated to between 120 and 160 F.
